DELIVERY POLICY:

Party World delivers all products within Dubai and party supplies/decorations only across all of the UAE. Items exempt from delivery to Emirates outside Dubai are Inflated Balloons, Entertainment, Party Rentals and Party Packages.

Delivery time is typically 1 – 2 business days, provided the correct address is given.

Orders of seasonal products (such as Valentines, Eid, Halloween, New Year’s Eve, Christmas etc.) during a non-seasonal period will require up to 7 days for delivery. However, we will still endeavor to deliver them to you at the soonest possible.

Balloon decorations may require up to 2- 3 days to be delivered while customisations and balloon/t-shirt printing may need up to 5-7 days. We will endeavor to expedite the process as fast as possible.

Our delivery team will aim to contact you up to 3 times to schedule the delivery. If they cannot reach you, the shipment will be returned to us and the original delivery fee would still apply.

Delivery is possible to most areas in the UAE, however, there is a list of out-of-service locations. Should your location fall into one of those areas, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

If your order doesn’t arrive in more than 2 business days after the purchase was made or in case of any other delivery issues, please contact our Customer Service team on online@partyworld.ae

DELIVERY FEES:

On orders placed on our website, delivery is free over AED 200 in the UAE. For online orders under AED 200, delivery is charged a flat rate of AED 20. Please see Delivery Policy on items exempt from shipping.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE UAE:

At this stage, Party World may offer delivery to the GCC on party supplies and decorations only. Items exempt from shipping outside UAE are Inflated Balloons, Entertainment, Party Rentals and Party Packages.

Shipping fees are AED 99 for every 0.5 kilo in weight. Final shipping weight and fees will be confirmed to you by our Customer Service team.

There may be additional charges such as import duties and taxes. These expenses will be billed by the shipping company when your items are delivered, and it is your responsibility to cover these costs as per your country’s regulations. Import duties and taxes can differ based on the destination country and the specific items being shipped. Please contact your local customs office before placing your order to confirm this information.
