RETURNS POLICY

At Party World, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with a seamless shopping experience. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can easily return the item(s) to any of stores within 14 days from the date of purchase from our website..

To qualify for a return, items must be in an unused and unopened condition and in their original box and packaging with all labels intact. Products that are opened, worn, used, damaged or lack a packing slip may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, items not eligible for returns or credit include costumes, wigs, accessories, and makeup. Other items not eligible for returns include hairsprays, inflated balloons, seasonal collections, discounted products and customised/personalized orders.

All orders bought on our website can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped.

After an order is shipped, party supplies can only be returned to one of our stores for an exchange or online credit.

Balloons that are uninflated when returned will have their total value credited back to your online account. However, a return, exchange or online credit is no longer possible for balloon orders that have already been inflated and shipped.

In the unlikely event that any of the items delivered to you are damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item purchased on our website within 14 days of date of purchase, please visit one of stores to request a credit note back to your online account/wallet. This applies for items eligible for return as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Items can also be shipped back to one of our stores with the customer in charge of shipping fees. Please be sure to state your name, contact details and order number.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and non-credited when a return is made.

Returned items will be subject to approval for return upon being checked and inspected by our sales team. Please allow 1 – 2 days for the inspection and credit to be issued.

In the event a refund is issued, refunds will be initiated within 2 – 3 days after a return. Your bank may require an additional 2 – 15 days to process your transaction and refund.

EXCHANGES 

Upon returning an online item to one of our stores, it can either be exchanged for another item(s) found in-store or a credit note of the same value of the return can be requested. Credit will only be returned back to your online account/wallet.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and non-credited when a return is made.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders made on our website can be cancelled, if they have not yet been shipped, for a full refund to the original mode of payment.

However, once the order has been processed or shipped, a cancellation is no longer possible. Instead, items can be returned to one of our stores to process the credited amount back to your online wallet within 14 days of date of purchase. This excludes inflated balloons which cannot be cancelled or returned.

Entertainment Services, Party Rentals, Party Packages and Customisations cancelled more than 3 days before the event date/requested date can be fully refunded to your original mode of payment. Any cancellations 3 days or less from the event or requested date will have a cancellation fee of 25% of the total value of the cancelled order. The remaining amount can only be credited back to your online account/wallet.
